Brittney Millerd

Brittney joined us in 2019 as a veterinary nurse student, since then she has obtained her certificate IV in veterinary nursing and is currently studying dog training online. Brittney has always had a passion for animals, with over 9 years’ experience in the animal care industry, from working in boarding kennels, running a pet sitting/dog walking business to working here at Vineyard.

Brittney handles and educates all our new staff and takes care of our work experience students. Brittney has a wealth of knowledge that she loves to share amongst the team.

Brittney’s main passion is patient care, she always goes above and beyond to keep our patients as comfortable and calm as possible. She has a particular soft spot for Staffordshire terriers as she owns one herself called Petey.

Outside of her work life Brittney enjoys spending time with her partner, friends and family, going to the gym and self-care.
